Check in with our team at the studio upon arrival to get your shoes, water, towel and anything else you need for your ride. If you are not signed in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time, bikes will be released to our waitlist. If you are running late, give us a call and we will hold your bike for you for up to 5 minutes after class begins.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to let our team know you are
a new rider. We will greet you and get you set up on your bike and essentials.

We understand when things come up, cancellations happen. If you need to cancel your booking,

Wear something you’re comfortable sweating and moving in. Your favorite form fitting sports gear will do just fine. Also–please do not forget to wear socks.

Shoe rentals are no longer $2. They are free and included in the class.

We offer complimentary towel service for your use. Feel free to fill your own bottle at our filtered water station or purchase a bottle in studio.

Yes, our bikes are advanced and open to all levels of riding experience. They offer a feature to test
your FTP (functional threshold power) so that you can ensure you are riding at your unique pace and
ability.

We believe in form and posture first and foremost. Our team will assist you in getting your bike configured
specific to your needs that way you can maintain a posture that serves you. It’s important to note
that our ride is an intense session working your muscular system and heavily on your cardiovascular
system. If you are experiencing any health concerns or have experienced heart problems in the
past, get cleared by your doctor before signing up for a ride.
If at any time during your experience, you feel nauseous, dizzy or are experiencing severe chest
compressions, slowly and carefully dismount your bike and alert your instructor.
Always listen to your body and do what serves you that particular ride. As you ride regularly, you
will grow stronger and your ability to endure will increasingly grow as well, but it’s crucial that you go
at a pace that serves you.
