This is my favorite studio I have been to in north county! The space is trendy, clean, and open with great air flow. ... The music has the perfect effect. Instructors are motivating and challenging. And I like that classes are not a dance class but an actual spin class that gives you a tough workout! Check them out!read more

Do yourself a favor and book this class pronto! Jaimie is AWESOME!! Keeps you motivated, keeps you moving, fantastic... instructor the way she guides you through class and makes you feel included! Music is great and class is fun! Fantastic workout!The space is gorgeous and right on the coast. Grind House has such good vibes, amazing instructors/classes and is in a perfect location with an ocean view! I love... the community feel every time I walk in the door. I was a little nervous for my first class, but Erika and Kelsey made me feel so comfortable, answering any questions, helping me get set up, etc. I'm so excited to continue taking classes here & HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a feel good place that will give you an incredible workout!read more
